Five Year Limited Warranty
PetSTEP International, Inc. guarantees to repair or replace any PetSTEP® Pet Ramp found to be defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use by house pets when care instructions have been followed. All unapproved uses of the PetSTEP® pet ramp can cause damage and considered misuse and abuse and the warranty is therefore voided.
Minor Imperfections and slight color variations are normal and not a warranty matter.
To process a Warranty Claim, up to 60 months after purchase, contact our service department at 1-877-738-7837. PetSTEP® must first confirm the defect in order to approve the claim. PetSTEP® will elect to either repair or replace the ramp without charge to you the customer. Retain this portion for your records.
