We are so proud of the strength and durability of our PetStep® ramps we will warranty them for five years! This warranty is the longest and the best in the industry.  (Perhaps that is why PetStep® has been rated as the best pet ramp by so many independent sources.)  Under our warranty we promise to repair or replace any PetStep® Pet Ramp found to be defective in material, construction or workmanship. Of course, any ramp that has been misused or abused would not be covered under this warranty.

To process a Warranty Claim, up to 60 months after purchase, contact our service department at 1-877-738-7837. When filing a claim please be prepared to provide a picture of the damage and proof of the place and date of purchase. We can help you manage this information if you register your ramp with us using the form below.
